*Court Certified documents such as Marriages or divorce certificates have a $10.00 additional cost.
The turn around time is 48 hours from the time your documents arrive to the office of the State. When there is a need for the documents to be mailed back to the client, Miami Notary Service uses FedEx for the return of Apostilled documents.

If the document you need authenticated and legalized is “not” in the list above, Miami Notary Service process as the documents must first be authenticated by the United States Department of State in order to be accepted at the corresponding embassy, therefore the processing time is also longer. Also the rates are different from the Apostille rates, as each embassy charges different fees for document authentications, and there are additional shipping fees associated with this type of documentation.
